The Chamber of Commerce serves as the agent for the City of Thomson for scheduling rental of the Depot and the Depot Annex.
Depot rental fees are based on a five-hour rental period including set up and clean up time.
Depot Fee Schedule
Regular Scheduled Meeting....$100
Other Meetings/Gatherings...$200 w/o kitchen for 5 hours
Other Meetings/Gatherings...$300 w/kitchen for 5 hours
Each additional hour...........$25 per hour
