The City of Thomson Natural Gas Department supplies natural gas to the citizens of Thomson.

The City of Thomson Natural Gas Department supplies natural gas to the citizens of Thomson. The department also provides gas to certain areas of McDuffie County, Warren County, Glascock County and Jefferson County.

Rebates
Want to convert your electric water heater to natural gas? We'll give you a $150 rebate. Always wanted a set of natural gas logs? We'll send you a rebate of $50. The City of Thomson offer its natural gas customers rebates when they install new natural gas appliances. If you are a qualified City of Thomson natural gas customer, follow these easy three steps to cash in on your rebate:

  1. Call the City of Thomson Natural Gas Department to check if you qualify for the rebate.
  2. Purchase and install one of the natural gas appliances listed below.
  3. Call the City of Thomson Natural Gas Department to apply for your rebate.

The City offers the following rebates:

Gas Furnace $200
Gas Water Heater $150
Gas Combo Heater $200
Gas Logs $50
Gas Ranges $50
Gas Clothes Dryer $75
Gas Lights $60
