The Thomson City Council meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Thomson City Hall, 309 Main Street, Thomson, Ga. The joint City of Thomson–McDuffie County Water-Sewer Commission meets as needed on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. Notices for called meetings are published in the local legal organ as required.
