This 115-acre, private site is about five minutes south of I-20 and is west of Thomson on US 278, approximately three miles from the city limits. The site has rail access.
All utilities are available. When our new exit on I-20 (exit 168) is completed in 2007, this site can be accessed in 10 minutes via the western bypass.
