I 20 Industrial Park Sanitary Expansion

Sealed bids for construction of the I-20 Industrial Park Sanitary Expansion, will be received until 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10, 2024_ at the Thomson-McDuffie Government Center, 210 Railroad Street, 2nd Floor, Thomson, Georgia 30824, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to perform the following construction work located near State Route 150 and I-20 Industrial Park Drive in McDuffie County, Georgia: Installation of approximately 790 L.F. of 8-inch gravity sewer line, including 2 manholes. Also included, but not limited to, in this project are all associated items such as: clearing and grubbing, minor grading, grassing, soil erosion and sediment controls, and any associated appurtenances.
